She also leads content strategy as Social Media Director for Strike Magazine Gainesville.
PRE-LAW
Angelina is a Criminology and Chinese double major at the University of Florida with a long-term goal of becoming a human rights attorney. She has taken a hands-on approach to understanding the justice system, completing internships in law enforcement (Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office), prosecution (State Attorney’s Office – Homicide Division), and now serving at the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
In addition to her legal fieldwork, she is a research assistant for UF’s LEAD Lab, where she contributes to the Guilty Plea Project and supports the National Registry of Exonerations through data analysis and case research on wrongful convictions. She’s also represented the student body through UF Student Government and at Gator Day in Tallahassee, where she engaged directly with Florida lawmakers on education and justice issues.
LEADER
As a two-time Philanthropy Director, Angelina leads some of the largest service initiatives on UF’s campus. Through Kappa Kappa Gamma, she organizes two major annual events that raise over $30,000 for The Jed Foundation, supporting mental health access for teens and young adults.
She also serves as Philanthropy Director for UF Homecoming & Gator Growl, the largest student-run pep rally in the country, reaching more than 50,000 attendees each year through service programming, community partnerships, and campus-wide outreach. From high-stakes event management to meaningful cause alignment, Angelina brings strategic vision, organization, and heart to every leadership role she holds.
VOCALIST
Angelina has been singing since she could talk—trained from a young age by her mother, a professional vocal coach, and raised in music through church and competitive choir. She went on to earn placement in Florida’s All-State Choir and advanced vocal ensembles throughout high school, building a foundation in both performance and technique.
At the University of Florida, she is a vocalist in The Sedoctaves, UF’s premier all-female a cappella group. With the group, she has performed across campus and the Gainesville community, including appearances at Gator basketball and gymnastics games, Dance Marathon, and TEDxUF. She has also competed at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) in both Atlanta and Mississippi, bringing her voice to a national stage.
Whether performing in an arena, leading worship at church, or singing at a community fundraiser, Angelina uses music to bring people together and elevate every space she steps into.
ADVOCATE
In addition to her legal fieldwork, she is a research assistant for UF’s LEAD Lab, where she contributes to the Guilty Plea Project and supports the National Registry of Exonerations through data analysis and case research on wrongful convictions. She’s also represented the student body through UF Student Government and at Gator Day in Tallahassee, where she engaged directly with Florida lawmakers on education and justice issues.
Today, she continues that work through her initiative, Protecting Vulnerable Youth: Mentorship as a Lifeline—a statewide effort focused on trafficking prevention through long-term mentorship and early intervention. As an Ambassador for the Florida Alliance to End Human Trafficking, she supports statewide education campaigns, while partnering with the Child Advocacy Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and other youth-serving organizations to close Florida’s mentorship gap and equip communities with tools for prevention.
Her advocacy is personal, proactive, and people-centered. Whether mentoring a child who waited over two years for a match or speaking to educators about signs of exploitation, Angelina leads with empathy and follows through with action.
CREATIVE
Angelina serves as the Social Media Director for Strike Magazine Gainesville, the largest and flagship branch of Strike Magazine—the nation’s biggest student-run fashion and culture publication. With an audience of over 9,000 in Gainesville alone, she leads all brand and social strategy, helping shape how thousands of students connect with fashion, art, and campus culture every week.
Outside of Strike, Angelina shares a mix of lifestyle, beauty, and advocacy content across Instagram and TikTok, reaching a combined 7,100+ followers. She posts everything from GRWM reels to behind-the-scenes looks at her service work, using social media as a way to bring people into her world—not just as a titleholder, but as a student balancing it all.
She’s worked with brands like Prime Energy Drinks, Good Molecules, Miami Beach Bum, Bondi Boost, and Rush Bowls Açaí, creating content that aligns with her values and connects with her audience. Whether it's running a Strike launch or making a reel to support her mentorship campaign, Angelina’s creative work is thoughtful, on-brand, and deeply her.
