THE SAFE LOVE WORKBOOK

Top New Release in Teen & Young Adult on Maturing and Teen & Young Adult on Violence

The Safe Love Project Workbook is an interactive educational resource designed to help students in grades 7–12 build healthy relationships, recognize warning signs of abuse, and develop the confidence to make safe, informed decisions. Through reflection activities, real-life scenarios, discussion prompts, and practical exercises, readers learn about boundaries, red flags, self-worth, digital safety, consent, and personal safety planning.

Authored by advocate Angelina Eidson, the workbook was inspired by her own experience navigating an unhealthy relationship and her belief that prevention begins with education. The goal is simple: give young people the knowledge, language, and resources needed to recognize unhealthy behaviors before they escalate.

The workbook can be used in classrooms, counseling settings, youth organizations, small groups, or independent study. It serves as a conversation starter for educators, parents, and mentors while empowering students to better understand what safe, healthy relationships look like.

Proceeds support organizations providing domestic violence prevention, education, and survivor services, helping extend the workbook's impact beyond the page.

MISS ST. JOHNS COUNTY

In 2013, I stood on the Miss Florida stage as a Sunshine Princess for Miss Northeast Florida’s Teen—and I never forgot the way it made me feel. Over a decade later, I stepped into the role of Miss University of Florida 2024, representing the school I love and the community I've spent the past four years building connections with.

Today, as Miss St. Johns County 2026, I look back in awe at how much this organization has shaped me. What began as a little girl’s dream has become a calling rooted in service, leadership, and purpose. I am forever changed by the Miss Florida Organization—and forever grateful to be part of something so much bigger than myself.
